Both the parties are present in Court. It is agreed between the parties that the Divorce Proceedings be transferred before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli. The parties have also agreed that they would seek divorce by mutual consent. However, their contentions as far as custody of the child and maintenance are kept opened for the parties to contest.

In view of this, Petition No. A-922 of 2019 pending before the Family Court, Bandra at Mumbai stands transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli.

In view of this, Miscellaneous Application No. 229 of 2019 stands disposed of.
