Both the Courts below have allowed the temporary injunction application against defendant No.1 restraining him from causing obstruction to plaintiff Nos.1 and 2 from using water from well over the suit properties. The order of inunction is against the petitioner since 24 June 2014. Hence, at this stage, no interference is called for. However, contentions raised by the petitioner on merit are kept expressly open to be agitated at the time of hearing of the suit.

The writ petitions are, therefore, dismissed. No costs. 3.

Hearing of the suit is expedited.
