The Trial Court partly allowed temporary injunction application of the plaintiffs restraining defendants from creating third party rights in respect of the suit property. Since 25 November 2016, the order of injunction is in force. Hence, no interference is called for.

However, by keeping all contentions raised in this writ petition open to be agitated before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit, the suit stands disposed of. No costs. 3.

Hearing of the suit is expedited.
