The petitioners are original defendants against whom the Trial Court passed an order of injunction restraining them from dispossessing the plaintiffs' from the suit property. The order of injunction is in force against the petitioners at least, since 8th October 2021. Hence, at this stage, no interference is called for. 2.

Hence, keeping all contentions raised by the petitioner open to be agitated before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of.

The Trial Court shall decide the matter on its own merit uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned judgment and orders.
