By this Civil Application, the Applicant wife is seeking to stay the execution and operation of the impugned decree dated 21st June, 2016 passed by the Family Court, Solapur in Petition No. A 126 of 2013 filed by Respondent husband under Section 13 (i) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Acct, 1955 for divorce.
