Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.P. for the State­Respondent No.2. The petition challenges an order passed by the Presiding Officer of School Tribunal, Kolhapur in a miscellaneous application taken out in an appeal filed under Section 9 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay. The delay is merely of 13 days. In its impugned order, the School Tribunal, after considering the law on the point, has held that plausible and justifiable reasons for condonation of delay have been shown. The delay was accordingly condoned subject to

Priya Soparkar 7 wp 4350­18­c payment of costs. No infirmity can be shown in respect of the impugned order of the School Tribunal. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
