Learned APP, on instructions from Senior Jailor attached to Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur submitted that proposal of the Petitioner for his transfer from Kolhapur Central Prison to Nashik Central Prison has been misplaced either in transit or in the interregnum.

In view thereof, learned APP, on instructions, submitted that, if the Petitioner makes a fresh application before the Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison for his transfer, same will be processed expeditiously and in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of said proposal.

The Superintendent, Kolhapur Central Prison is directed to communicate present order, so also the said fact to the petitioner who is lodged in the said prison.
