Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that grievance regarding continuous service of the Petitioner for pensionary benefits stands redressed and pensionary benefits are also been given. He states that the Respondent has resorted to unauthorized deductions from the gratuity payable.

Learned AGP submitted that the Petitioners has given an undertaking regarding deduction of the amount. As far as this aspect is concerned we do not find that there are adequate pleadings in the petition regarding the action of the Respondents about deductions from

Since the substantive grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed, it is open to the Petitioner to raise separate challenge as regards deduction from gratuity, which will be considered on its own merits.

The Writ petition is disposed of .
