Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have filed representation with Deputy Director of Education for grant of pay scale as untrained Assistant Teacher after completing of three years of period as Shikshan Sevak. Same is not yet decided. 2.

We have heard learned AGP for the Respondent-State. 3.

In case the representation at Exhibit-H, at page No.51 is pending with the Deputy Director of Education, then he shall decide the same on its own merit according to the law and the policy, preferrably within a period of four months.
