Heard the learned counsel for the parties. This application is for condonation of 46 days delay in filing the review petition. 2.
Advocate Mr.Bansode appearing on behalf of the Respondents vehemently opposed the present Civil Application. He submits that the Applicant failed to show sufficient cause for condonation of inordinate delay in preferring the Review Petition. Hence there is no substance to condone the delay and the same to be dismissed with cost.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and averments made in the Civil Application I satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Application.
