Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court shall decide Civ. M.A. No.144 of 2020 and Civ. M.A. No.196 of 2019 as early as possible and in any case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The impugned orders dated 4 April 2022 below exhibit 6 in Civ. M.A. No.144 of 2020 and below exhibit 13 in Civ. M.A. No.196 of 2019 Vina Khadpe 1 / 2

33-WP-14624-2022.doc shall remain stayed till the decision of Civ. M.A. No.144 of 2020 and Civ. M.A. No.196 of 2019.

Needless to mention that the trial Court shall decide both the applications on their own merits without being influenced by this order. 5.
