The relief sought by the Petitioner is for quashing and setting aside the complaint and the directions dated 9th August, 2021, along with those dated 25th August, 2021, issued by Respondent No. 2. 2.

We have perused the communication dated 9th August, 2021, regarding the hearing in terms of Section 55(1) of the Maharashtra TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO Municipal Councils and Industrial Development Act, 1965. We do not ind any reason to interfere with the proceedings before the Collector. This Petition was iled in the year 2021. 4.

Needless to mention, the proceedings before the Collector shall be decided in accordance with law. In the event any adverse order is passed liberty to challenge. All contentions of the Petitioner are kept open.
