Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the parties have settled the dispute. Learned counsel say that the consent terms are recorded as per the instructions of the petitioners and the respondents.

I have interacted with the petitioner No.1 Smt. Ramija Sikandar Jamadar, who is Power of Attorney holder of the petitioner Nos. 1, 3 to 7 through video conferencing. I have also interacted with Shri Gajanan Shripad Kulkarni - respondent No.2 and Power of Attorney holder for respondent Nos.1, 3 to 12 through video conferencing. Both of them say that the consent terms are as per their instructions and matter has been amicably settled. The

Learned counsel submit that the respective parties have signed the consent terms in their ofce and they have identified petitioner No.1 Smt. Ramija Sikandar Jamadar and Shri Gajanan Shripad Kulkarni - respondent No.2. The consent terms are also signed by the respective Advocates.
