Our attention is invited to the communication dated 11/07/2024 of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Karveer ("SDO", for short) addressed to the petitioner. Accordingly, Tahsildar, Karveer has been instructed to take appropriate action on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner to the Collector on 04/03/2024 which is at page no. 29 of the paper-book. Learned AGP submits that appropriate action on the communication dated 11/07/2024 addressed to the petitioner by SDO will be taken by

In the light of the statement made by learned AGP, the writ petition is disposed of.
