The parties are ad idem that interim relief granted by this Court can be continued till disposal of suit, without prejudice to contentions of parties on merits of orders impugned in this petition.

In that view of matter, without delving into merits of contentions of parties, Appeal stands disposed of. 3.

Interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 5th February 2025 shall remain in force till disposal of suit. 4.

The trial Court shall endeavour to decide suit expeditiously and in any case within a period of one year from today. Parties to cooperate. 5.

In view of disposal of Appeal, Interim Applications stand disposed of.
