This is an application for grant of temporary bail to the applicant. He has annexed affidavit of his father and medical certificate issued by Medical Superintendent, Medical College and C.P. R. Hospital, Kolhapur. The said certificate shows that the applicant's father is advised to take Physiotherapy treatment. There is no record to show that the applicant's father is suffering from any life threatening disease. Medical certificate annexed to this application was issued on 27.02.2021. No recent record is pointed out to us. We see no reason to grant temporary bail to the applicant on this ground. Hence, the application stands rejected. However, hearing of the appeal is expedited.
