The defendants are challenging order of injunction restraining them from creating third party rights over the suit property. The injunction is in force since 18 April 2015. Hence, no interference is called for. However, all contentions raised by the petitioners on merits are kept open to be agitated before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs. 3.
