902.19177.18-caf+.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as the Respondent has no objection, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Applications. Hence, following order is passed.

a.

Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) That the Application for the amendment as per schedule may be allowed."

b.

The Applicant to carry out amendment within a week from today.

c.
