After matrimonial discord between the parties, daughter is informed to be in custody of the applicant. 2.

It is informed that the applicant started residing at Sangli wherein she has initiated proceedings under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act ("DV Act" for short).

It is informed that the respondent has initiated proceedings under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act at Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. Distance between Bandra, Mumbai and Sangli is about 450 kms.

As such, case for transfer is made out as it is established that the applicant will suffer hardship. Apart from above, contents BGP.
