1] Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite several letters sent to the petitioners, petitioners are not responding to it and are not giving instructions in that behalf. He is therefore, unable to pursue the matter. He produced on record a copy of the letter dated 14th June, 2019, sent to the petitioners.

2] It appears, that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the petition. Dismissed for non prosecution.
