This Interim Application is filed for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No. 1 on record by condoning delay of 47 days in filing the Application. It is stated that Respondent No. 1 has expired on 27.02.2021. The names of legal heirs have been given in the cause title of the Interim Application.

Perused the Interim Application. There is delay of 47 days excluding the period of exemption allowed by the Supreme Court due to Covid-19 lockdown period for which orders in Suo Motu Writ Petition were passed in respect of limitation.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated therein, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 6.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. Copy of the amended cause title / Petition shall be served on the Respondents. 7.
