Applicants have filed present application for bringing legal heirs of original petitioner on record and to amend the petition accordingly. Applicants want their names to be impleaded as the legal representatives of the sole petitioner. There is a delay of 3 years and 216 days in filing the present application. Considering the explanation given by the applicant, the present application is allowed. The delay in filing the application is condoned and applicants to be brought on record as legal heirs. 3.
