P.C. : By this Civil Application the Applicant seeks to challenge the order passed by the Education Officer (Secondary) dated 4 June 2015. The order is passed pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 2 March 2015 in Writ Petition No. 811 of 2010. The order dated 2 March 2015 was final order and the Petition is disposed off.

Hence, this Civil Application taken out is not proper and the Petitioner ought to challenge the order impugned in the Civil Application by taking out substantive proceedings. 3.
