3] There shall be an order in terms of the consent terms dated 23 February 2015. However it is clarified that in so far as directions to the respondent no. 3 i.e. Education Officer are concerned, it is left to the Education Officer to consider the proposals submitted by the respondent nos. 1 and 2 in accordance with law and to take appropriate decision thereon. skc p2-wp-10778-14 merits of the matter and therefore the disposal of this petition, on the basis of the consent terms, shall not in any manner influence the respondent no. 3 in arriving at an appropriate decision in accordance with law.

4] The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, states that in case the respondent no. 3 decides against the grant of any benefits to the petitioner, then the petitioner shall not claim the same from the respondent nos. 1 and 2. 5] Subject to the aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of.
