By this Petition Petitioner-Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) has challenged order dated 13 September 2017 passed by Industrial Court, Kolhapur, on Application at Exhibit U-2 directing it to provide alternate employment and to pay monthly wages to the RespondentComplainant in the pay scale of the post of Driver during pendency of the main Complaint. It appears that during pendency of the present Petition, the Respondent-employee has already crossed the age of superannuation. This position is not disputed by Mr. Topkar, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-Employee. In that view of the matter there is no katkam Page No.
