This Court by its order dated 19th April 2023 had directed the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur to decide the Regular Civil Suit No. 596 of 2021 finally within six months from the date of order. 2.

I have perused the reasons recorded by the Trial Judge, on the basis of which a further extension of six months time is sought for final disposal of the said Regular Civil Suit and am satisfied with the same.

Considering the request, an extension of six months is granted for final disposal of the Regular Civil Suit No. 596 of 2021, from the date of this order.
