The petitioner's request to transfer her from the college, where she underwent the first year MBBS course, to the respondent no. 6 college can be considered favouribly, as it is stated, on instructions, by Ms. Vyas that there is a seat vacant at respondent no. 6 college.

In view thereof, we direct that the process be completed and the petitioner be transferred to the respondent no. 6 college so that there is no interruption in her studies and she continues as a student of the MBBS Degree course. Her request for transfer on medical ground deserves to be granted. The needful be done as J.V.Salunke,PA
