In this Order Typographical error was occurred i.e. in the second sentence of last paragraph "alongwith civil application" words inadvertently typed.

The second sentence of last paragraph was inadvertently typed as, "On failure, the interim application alongwith Civil Application would stand dismissed against proposed legal representatives of the deceased respondent No. 1 without further reference to the Court of Registrar."

Instead of typing, "On failure, the interim application would stand dismissed against proposed legal representatives of the deceased respondent No. 1 without further reference to the Court of Registrar."

Accordingly Order dt. 11/06/2024 stands corrected.
