In view of the fact that the election programme is at the stage where only voting remains which is to take place on 04.08.2015, no interference is called for with the order rejecting the nomination of the Petitioner. However, it would be open for the Petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings after the elections are over and the occasion so arises. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
