ORDER:­ The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the Respondent­University has granted affiliation in favour of the Petitioners­institute for two Post Graduate Courses by order dated 31 July 2015. In view of affiliation granted, no cause survives to prosecute the Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of for want of survival of cause of action, with no order as to costs. (V.L.
