35 WP 3290 w 3789-1999.doc Oral Order:
These petitions challenge the orders passed by the School Tribunal Kolhapur, dated 29 April 1999. By the impugned order the Management was directed to reinstate the teacher but no back wages were granted. The Management and the teacher have filed their respective petitions.
2.
By order dated 20 November 2015, it was noted that the teacher has expired and no steps have been taken to bring his heirs on record. The petition at that time had abated. By way of indulgence, the matter was adjourned. It was made clear that if no steps are taken Court will proceed to pass an appropriate order. Till date no Civil application is filed. Writ Petition No.3789 of 1999 has abated. None has come forward to espouse the cause. There is no question of grant of reinstatement. The cause of action in both the petitions, does not survive and the Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.
