It is contention of learned counsel for applicant that the Petition No. A-149 of 2021 filed by the applicant is pending before Family Court, Sangli for divorce. Learned counsel further submitted that at present, respondent is staying with the applicant. Hence, it would be convenient for both the parties to attend the Court dates at Sangli. Though respondent is served, none present for the respondent. The bailiff report shows that bailiff had contacted the respondent on her mobile phone and she has stated to the bailiff that she is staying at Sangli. As per the submission of learned counsel for the applicant that respondent is staying with him, I pass following order:
