This Civil Application is to re­call the order dated 29.10.2010 dismissing the writ petition for non compliance of the order passed by this court and to restore the Civil Application No.2767 of 2010.

For reasons mentioned in the application and the additional affidavit on behalf of the applicant, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses­(a) and (b). Writ petition and the Civil Application No.2767 of 2010 is restored. Leave to amend the prayer clause­(b) is granted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith.
