This is an application for condonation of delay of 19 days in filing the Interim Application No.2503 of 2022 in Criminal Appeal No.310 of 2022. The applicants are legal heirs of the original appellant No.2 Mr. Sanjay Pharande, who expired on 3rd June, 2022. The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that because of the sudden death of the original appellant No.2, the family was in shock and trauma and therefore, they could not approach this Court earlier.
