The petitioners-original defendants are challenging the judgment and orders passed by the Courts below granting injunction against the petitioners from disturbing respondentplaintiff's possession over the suit property. The order of injunction is in force against the petitioners at least since 4th November 2017. Hence, no interference is called for.

However, keeping all contentions raised by the petitioners are kept open to be agitated before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 3.

The Trial Court shall decide the suit on its own merits uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned orders. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
