Today the matter is placed on board pursuant to the letter dated 2.1.2019 received from Civil Judge, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate, F.C. Mahabaleshwar for extention of time to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No.34 of 2018.

Considering the reason disclosed in letter dated 2.1.2019, I am satisfied that Trial Court requires some time to decide Regular Civil Suit No. 34 of 2018. Hence, time to decide the Suit is extended till 31.07.2019.
