Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset, sought some time to take instructions and to work out the matter. 3.

We have gone through the papers of the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) and ind that the Petitioner challenges the Technical Work Approval Order dated 10th November 2017, regarding the construction of a 3-A type concrete road between chainage 117.100 and 117.500 (400 meters) from Anna Bhau Sathe Chowk to Dhando Shubham Talle 1 of

19-PIL-86-2023.doc Voda, Atpadi, District Sangli. The Petitioner also claims to have iled a representation with the concerned authority seeking an inquiry into alleged illegal construction carried out under the Technical Work Order. Since the work order dates back to 2017, it is likely that the construction has already been completed.

Mr. Kalel, learned AGP, submitted that considering the age of the work order, the work is already completed. As for the Petitioner's request for an inquiry against the responsible oicer, the Petitioner is at liberty to pursue his complaint and representation with the concerned authority. The Petitioner may also submit additional documents to support his grievance and demonstrate any alleged illegality or irregularity by the oicer.

We also ind that the Technical Work Order being challenged in this PIL dates back to 2017, while the PIL itself was iled in 2021, with the registration number issued in 2023. The Petitioner has not approached this Court with detailed submissions, leaving certain aspects, including the delay in iling, unresolved. 6.

We ind that the purpose of this PIL has been served. Accordingly, the PIL stands disposed of.
