This Court indicated disinclination to grant ad-interim relief, or, even for that matter, final relief to the applicant in view of the peculiar facts of this case, wherein the applicant has not only made a false declaration as a witness to the Will of the testator, but also made a false statement qua the last Will of the testator before the Sub-Registrar which invites penal action as contemplated in section 82 of the Registration Act, 1908.

Learned Counsel for the applicant, therefore, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the application.
