Issue involved in this Petition is squarely covered by the view taken by this Court in the case of Amol Baban Sangar v/s. State of Maharashtra & Ors. (Writ Petition No.8966 of 2021) decided on 21 February 2022 and therefore, this Petition deserves to be allowed by issuing necessary directions to the Deputy Director of Education for allotment of Shalarth ID to the Petitioner. 5.

The Petition is allowed.

The Deputy Director of Education that is Respondent No.6 is directed to allot Shalarth ID to the Petitioner by including his name in the Shalarth System within a period of four weeks from the date of he order.

The Respondent Nos.3,4 and 5 are directed to ensure that salary together with admissible arrears of salary are released to the Petitioner by taking necessary steps within a period of further six weeks from the date of allotment of Shalarth ID to the Petitioner. 8.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No costs. G.A. SANAP, J.
