This is an application for addition of party. Applicants' learned counsel would submit that he was original licensee and in said capacity, has applied to the Trial Court in Reg. Civil Suit No.1 of 2022 for joining as a party defendant in terms of Order I Rule 10 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908.

It is brought to the notice that the Trial Court vide order dated 30th January 2023 has allowed to join him as a defendant in the Suit. 4.

In view of that, for same reasons, application has been made seeking to add them as Respondents in this Petition to guard their interest.

Since applicant was allowed to join in Trial Court, Mr. Goel, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Memon, learned counsel for the Respondents gave no objection to add the Applicants as party Respondents. In view of that, Interim Application is allowed. 6.

Both the Applicants shall be added as Respondents in the Petition. Interim Application stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, to continue till next date. 8.
