This application is for fixing early date of hearing of Second Appeal no. 405 of 2003 on ground that applicant no.1A is senior citizen. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Hearing of Second Appeal no. 405 of 1/3

2003 is expedited on the ground that applicant no.1A is senior citizen.

b) Office is directed to place the Second Appeal for final hearing in weekly board as per its turn in senior citizen list.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
