This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.4-Krishnat Baban Bandu Powar, since deceased, on record. Respondent No.4 died on 14.12.2013 leaving behind respondents No.4-a to 4-c. Mr. Patil states that he will file Vakalatnama on their behalf within 1 week from today.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
