Heard learned APP for the State. Perused the dying declarations at Exh.24 and 33. Also perused the evidence of PW 4 mother examined to prove the oral dying declaration. 2.

It appears that the trial Court has discarded the dying declarations only because in Exh. 24 previous history and instance has not been narrated in detail. We, therefore, grant leave to appeal.
