The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent no.1 to investigate into the offence in respect of FIR No. 164 of 2013 dated 16.10.2013, registered with Pandharpur City Police Station and arrest of the accused persons and complete the investigation within time frame.

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP having taken instructions from the concerned officer, makes a statement that investigation is already completed and charge­sheet is also filed before the concerned Uday S. Jagtap
