The applicant has filed this application for release on bail in connection with Criminal Case No.346 of 2013 pending before the 6th Judicial Magistrate First Class Court, Satara. 2.

Ld. Counsel for the applicant makes a statement that five witnesses are already examined by the prosecution and the trial is at its fag end.

In this view of the matter, it may not be proper to entertain this application at this stage. However, since the trial is on the verge of Purti Parab

2 34-BA 1857-19.doc conclusion, Ld. Trial Judge shall make all the efforts to conclude the trial. At the same time, the prosecution as well as the defence shall co­operate the trial court. Ld. Judge shall try to conclude the trial with the help of both the parties as early as possible. 4.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
