The petitioners have challenged the order dated 10th March 2016 passed by District Registrar, Solapur arising out of complaint No.4 of 2016. The District Registrar has rejected the application/ complaint filed by the petitioners. The petitioners could not satisfy as to how criminal writ petition is maintainable. In the circumstances, learned advocate for petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before appropriate authority. Leave granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
