Record indicates that, the Petition was dismissed on 10/01/2005 when none appeared on behalf of the Petitioner at the second call. The Petition was subsequently restored vide Order dated 17th January, 2005. It was listed again on 11/06/2019, but when the matter was called out, none appeared for the Petitioner. As a result, the ad-interim protection was vacated and the trial Court was directed to proceed with the case and decide it as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of that Order.

2) The Petition is duly listed on today's board. When it was called out in the morning session, none appeared on behalf of the Petitioner, and hence, the matter was kept back. However, in the afternoon session also, none appeared for the Petitioner.
