First Appeal challenges the Judgment dated 28th April, 2015 seeking custody of the minor children under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890. At that point of time, the children were aged 10 and 11 years. The children have since attained majority and Appeal has been rendered infructuous.

In view of dismissal of First Appeal, pending Civil/Interim Applications, if any, do not survive for consideration and the same stands dismissed.
