Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of subsequent development i.e. the letter dated 26.04.2019 issued by the Respondent pursuant to the order dated 11.10.2018 passed by this court, he has received instructions from his client to withdraw the Writ Petition as well as the Civil Application with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the subsequent development as well as prayer clause (b) of the Writ Petition. He submits that the ad-interim relief granted by this court vide order dated 20.07.2017 be continued for a period of two weeks. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of these facts, following order is passed: a.

The Writ Petition as well as the Civil Application stand disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Ad-interim relief granted on 20.07.2017 to continue till 29.02.2020.
