The learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.1 submits that present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 2nd March 2021 passed below Exhibit 6 in Petition A No.261 of 2021 by Family Court, Sangli. Petition A No.261 of 2021 before Family Court has been disposed of vide judgment and order dated 29th July 2024. 2.

Therefore, challenge to order granting interim maintenance would not survive.
